Terms
The simple rules for ordering a custom wooden name board from CustomzRUs.
Who we are
CustomzRUs is a small workshop in Redmond, Washington. We make personalized wooden name boards to order.
Made to order
Every board is made by hand after you order it, for your child. Small differences in wood grain and paint are part of a handmade piece, and spacing can differ a little from the photos.
Check the spelling
We build the name exactly as you confirm it, letter by letter, including capital letters. Please check it carefully before you pay. If we make a mistake, we remake it for free (see Returns and remakes).
Safety
Decorative wall piece. Not a toy. Small parts, so keep it away from children under 3. Hang it on a wall, out of reach of babies and toddlers.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. You see the full price, with every extra and the shipping, before you pay. Sales tax, if any, is added on the payment page. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.
Shipping, returns and privacy
Our Shipping, Returns and remakes, and Privacy pages are part of these terms.
The law that applies
